Incentive plans are gud but no job security due to any one job can go there should be more streakness and value of work as no technicians hve

Technicians have no manner to behave and talk wth BMT s and because company has given them that authority that they can gve feedback and remove BMT frm job

An excellent work culture. Company believes in collaboration and not in competition. The comany markets reliable, high quality products. I also like the comany rehire policy here.

Its was bery good experience gor me to grow by education in salon filed and infact thinking to rejoin the salon bcoz the experience i was given from enrich has not got in sny other salon .the best think about this salon is they educate us on top levels brands they makes as fully educated about our filed its give as confidence to handel staff and enjoy our work to

Every organisation has its own set of challenges. If you are looking for no challenges, then don’t work. Enrich is a quite big organisation and hence there are people issues and are manipulative as well. However, it is great place to work with focus.
