I got my best package when I joined enrich the happy movement is salary on 1st of the month 😊 our Boss are best that I have seen in last 15 year of my career there I have learn about the team work I miss my company love being with Enrich ❤

From my point of view I think after living company I got to know every company has politics and this the only time we can prove ourself to our company by our hard work because Enrich gives best support specialy from our team and Boss ya there are some but if we want to grow forgive. Forgiveness is the best way to grow only thing I can say

2 week offs but that too you and your team needs to plan accordingly

1. Low basic salary and false hopes for incentives. Like as follows. a. No incentives on RM consumption sinces 9 months. b. Unrealistic feedback score expectations seriously like 4.9 out of 5 and 2.9 out of 3. c. Miscommunication on quality audits and forcing auditors to find reasons too Deduct mark's. 2. Too much politics and favoritism. 3. Pro Technicians only if you have unrealistic business revenue which is not possible without favoritism. 4. Has great leave policies but you can forget about getting those. 5. Unrealistic Deductions of training or emergency leaves. 6. And biggest and worst problem of enrich is there system software Encube. (Always has errors and glitchs) it not only creates more work load but worst is staff has take toll of it as it is too slow to work with an doesn't even is efficient for salon as on every Saturday and Sunday it's down an staff has to work manually.

Enrich is employee friendly company, there are lots of activities and compensation for all the employees. I feel its one of the fastest growing company in salon industry with best management policies.

Work life balance is sometimes unmanageable due to 10 hrs shift but because of two weekly off it does get manage somehow.

Hi. All over experience is Mumbai branch good . After transfer to other city rules team and working culture is totally different. They do cover up there fault to be safe after raising the feed back to the senior no action was taken. Well I got transfer saying I am not performing. and team is happy to work with me which was a silly reason as an individual person feedback given by Geeta and Jerry who were my senior. There are many people ur r cheating around in the senior level need to take action for the same. Not for the people u r working hard . Hr should listen to the concern what we share as an employee instead listening to the wrong person who is playing safe
