Hi. All over experience is Mumbai branch good . After transfer to other city rules team and working culture is totally different. They do cover up there fault to be safe after raising the feed back to the senior no action was taken. Well I got transfer saying I am not performing. and team is happy to work with me which was a silly reason as an individual person feedback given by Geeta and Jerry who were my senior. There are many people ur r cheating around in the senior level need to take action for the same. Not for the people u r working hard . Company Culture is good.

Dislikes

HR Department is very bad. Favorism of seniors for old staff is there. Old senior Zonals rules on juniors. Behavior is very rude. They think only they are knowledgeable. Zonals leave job within 6 months because of Behavioral issue of Senior Zonals.
