I have learnt a lot in terms of skills, education, respect, time management, reporting managers are helpful, to work independently, emotional connect wth everybody. When it comes to dislike there is only one thing to say . Pls don't overlook the hardwork and Dedication of the person when thers IJP rolled out for position of District Manager. Every Employee waits for such a golden opportunity but when thers favouritism, bias, well wisher in the company. It gets very difficult to take that rejection for IJP and it has kept on happening continuously in the company. So need to put a stop bcoz you loose a good employee against bias /politics behaviour.
