...l Hod and Dy manager are to much senior they don't care about bottom employees. Last year Enpro decided market corrections in salary but shop floor employee is not covered in this correction. Team leader are behaving like owner of this organisation, if some jr employees getting little mistake in his work they are note down such silly mistakes

Company bahut achi hai aur usme Kam karne ke liye mere liye garv ki baat hai Aur mujhe company mai Kam karne mai bahut ghar jaisa esas hota

Company mai koi bhi dislike nhi hai use jitna bhi like do utna kam hai Mere liye company mai Kam karne ke liye garv ki baat hai Par mujhe yahi bhagawan ke pass pardhna hai ki mai company mai on roll job par rahu aur company ko aage badhai

Good for beginners and young individuals to understand the corporate structure and work life. Excellent customer focused driven work process with outstanding quality and documentation. Good opportunities to showcase individual talents, library available and company provides good training for growth.

Dislikes

Too much work load, lack of coordination between cross functional teams. Lack of focus on work life balance.

The workplace is decorated nicely. Only this point is good.

Dislikes

There is so much work load. No time management related to work load. No increment according to work performance. Not hiring enough employee to department.
