Freedom to explore ourselves to everyone. No biasness in level of staff. everyone are considered at equal level. Every opinions are considered to take any decision. Work is the only measurement of perfomance. Management is very supportive to everyone without any biasness.

Dislikes

Due to distance, working time is little bit higher with travelling. However personal and professional life is balanced due to work culture.

As a marketing person I know the many market companies environment which is not good but I heads of to Enpay as they Created top class environment in the organisation.

Owner from Turkey is driving the company. In a way he gets involved in decision process. Limited delegation of responsibilities. Manufacturing process technology is quickly implemented with latest machines. Trust deficit between loca team and Turkey. Has good market share for its products globally with good quality. Assets in Indian manufacturing setup under utilized. Average talent of managers & supervisors.
