Good company to work, a perfect place for safety measures in work,colleagues are more friendly,and salary credited sharply every month.Overall Enova is a very superb company to work.

However, the organization appears highly unorganized, with notable delays in back office support responses and inconsistencies between interview agreements and offer letter contents. The HR team’s unprofessionalism is a concern, and the atmosphere feels uncertain due to ongoing terminations resulting from contact loses.

Enova is very excellent and nice company.

Dislikes

Enova selected some engineer and supervisor un qualified. They r don't have technical knowledge. If they have technical knowledge technician will work easyly. If technician have any doubt where we'll ask. Some engineer's appointed by recommendation even technician also. If non technical people selected that load everything going other technician. If one technician complaint about non technical person. They are taking action about technician.

Enova is good company for the employees all benefit get on the time they gives a smooth way to show your ability instead of pressurised.
