1. Poor Housekeeping Company run 24×7 Sweeper for 5 days. 2. PPE kit not provided regularly. 3. Paint shop area have paint fumes in air Not provided mask to all workers regularly. 4. Heavy weight handling through. hands accident will happen. 5. They force you clean floor area and every thing at Shop floor except washrooms. 6. Not for Fresher and want learn skill. 7. Mobile not allowed to fresher and juniors. 8. Japnese culture is use as brand only. not followed toxic culture. 9. Think 10 times before Joining

In this pandemic company support us for good health they are supplying suitable food in this pandemic. About work in this company we have to do each and every work there is no difference between labor and senior company treated same to all employees this is the best thing for everyone,There is no differentiation. The culture of this company is very healthy everywhere is greenery available. I learned lots of thing from this company which is very helpful for my future career.

Like in all company some of politics are there also. But overall good company to learn more and more knowledge.

There is no job security. For example in this pandemic covid 19 company call me come on 27th may but I told them I will join on 1st of Jun because of some my personal problem but they have not understood the situation and they terminated to me.Is this right or wrong??

As a human being they have not understood the situation. They are only saying leader is leader ,leader is not worker but they are treated as a leader is worker.
