1.Familiar environment with other staff , all are like family and friends. 2. Learn many things about civil works

Dislikes

1. Salary not on time , 2-3 month delay payment . Many staff fr other site they already has 6-8 month salary pending . 2. Work time very strict , 8 am to 10 pm daily . If you have concrete program then 24 hours. 3. PF / ESI Not Received many staff from atleast 1 year .

...good. Company policies are good but want to more effective to complete the work. During covid 19 they give bonus including increment . Management is transparent and helpful.

Job security is very poor. Culture is poor. Policy is there but implantation is nil. No meeting one man show.

Dislikes

One man show no involvement of site incharge in safety. at site. Consultancy attached is very bad for payments. Behavior of gm level is very bad with line management.tons of dom.dgm.

Very healthy atmosphere at work site. Vertical heads are really appreciate our job.MD is easily accessible

Dislikes

Personal and administration department of HO is not as good as enough. For that miscommunication arises

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
