What i like about working at Eni S.p.A OCTP - Gas project is first and foremost the job security availability and career development which is so much emphasized and much dotted on the the management.

Dislikes

Since we live in an imperfect world, all to me at Eni S.p.A OCTP is okay but could get better if a good structure for salary and career progression is well outlined.

New international contract every 2 years with a kid is challenging. Education & health gets affected.

ENI was good employer to me. But too big a organization to award or reward according to merit or performance of an employee.

Dislikes

There was no rationality while removing employee during Covid situation. Some who were working in the project removed during bad phase but some who were not working taken in the project.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable , high - quality products . And has global clients.
