I was an employee there for one year. This company and its rule was terrible. The company has terminated somany people from there. I was working as speaking trainer there.They were layed off me When I had less number of students. It was not my problem. If a tutor has less number of students, It is not their fault. They shouldn't do like that. Their approach towards employee were terrible. I was a victim of that. If we are only depending on their company, its become worthless. Because there is no notice period for them for terminate and lay off employees. They don't have common courtesy.

I have been working at English mithra for the past 11 months and I couldn't say that it was anything but an amazing journey working there.I have had an awesome time here and the work place is just too good.A very friendly place to work at and the staff and management there are people you'll enjoy working with.I would love to continue this journey for as long as possible.Thank you so much English mithra for always being the best to your employees or rather your team🥰
