As a women always cool to work in colleges or any educational institutions,,work environment is always peaceful,highly recognisable,,and respectful,,. And obviously work satisfaction is there . So working in teaching or anything which directs someone to make shine and settle,,and it is ultimate experience for a person who works in Engineering institutes.

Not so much work load,every teacher need hard work for student not money

  • Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Payment lag of minimum 10 month, no teacher stays more than two semesters,so students has to face difficult in understanding everytime from new teacher,no payment at all,it's charity job
