I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Except present MD's attitude, nothing is perfect. HR has no idea of what HR is all about. Plant teams has no direction. SCM is the poorest of all. What is lacking is direction to the teams.

The company is open to innovation & readillh adopts latest technology solutions. I love ithis company my first experience is begane from here.. I fece only traveling problems but I hoped in my HR management they will solve this also.. My colleagues are come from various backgrounds, and we work happily... Overall I love this company more more much more..
