You have to learn tolerating harsh words and insult that you have not faced in ur life. Talent value is not there ! The company's bond system is only there to prevent employee from leaving the organisation even after huge insults.

Every thing is worst here (gurugram and ghaziabad), salary delay every month, salary were credited after 45 to 60 day, no exit process, No tea, no coffee, combine toilet for male and female(worst than railway general compartment) unhygienic drinking water, no vendor payment, vendor came with goons and sit out side the office for payment) using pirated softwares, regular legal notice from software company,
