... Environment is acceptable here. All colleagues are intelligent and cooperative. Salary and everything is fine. We have to visit various countries to make inspection and for recreation also. Ultimately I am proud of my company Management.

...s we have to very busy with our overloaded works and sometimes work load is low. When company evaluate to increase the salary then maximum time rating is similar.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
