Energytec enables one to work in various aspects of the field from the design phase to the final installation phase of a project. It provides a great opportunity to experience and witness hands-on experience from a skilled workforce. Also, the best place to enhance ones working under pressure skill.

Dislikes

As a subcontractor company, there is a limit to the technical knowhow one can get from Energytec. The salary appraisal is very hard here with a lot of company politics in play. Job security totally depends on your performance (which is closely watched) and how you go along with the company rules and policies(which is sometimes absurd). Salary totally depends on how often the cheques are cleared so a fixed date is not there for it. Majority of the staffs are from south India, mostly Kerala but a jolly bunch to hang out with.
