As it is a normal Indian mentally company so they don't want to progress. Hence anyone who joins the company have job security. Thats the only thing is good about the company.

Dislikes

Strict work timing of 9 long hours (except overtime). Poor management. Seniors are terrible, behave like they are the owner of the company and too much lazy about there work. Zero skill development. Zero acknowledge. Zero Passion. Zero insentive. Zero benifits. Company is located in such a pathetic location, in rainy season, you will find it like a island of gutar water. There is no cab facility for new commers. Only old lazy employees have that facility.
