I joined Encurvate as an Intern and then worked for Encurvate for almost 2 years. I had gain tremendous experience while working here. I am happy I started my career with company like Encurvate instead of any MNC. Because I got to learn and implement many technologies which even a 5-7 years experience don't get a chance to work on in other MNCs. I worked on various projects in the Big Data space. Encurvate helped me to gain the technical as well as professional experience which helped me to switch to a top product based company in Bangalore. The company culture, the leadership and higher management is awesome and very employee centric.

Dislikes

The only con I can think of is Encurvate is available only at few places, so relocation can be a problem, though they provide 100% WFH for many.
