...t so good they expect you to work late evenings & stretch your work on weekends. No extra pay or appreciation is given even working extra hours or on weekends. Poor management system to process for a single approval In procurement which is needed on day to day basis

As a developing organization, there is lot to learn. For a fresher, who is starting their career, exposure is good.

Less salary, does not get recognition to hard working employee, no proper SOP or process of work.

I have improved my skills though the guidance and support of my seniors and managers, which has been beneficial.

There should be provisions for addressing girls concerns and the need of employee with long commutes.

You can go in any department but not in accounts and finance india business ,worst manager ,worst HOD,no work life balance ,even if you work for 24 hrs the work will not end,though sat and sunday are off but workload is so much that you will have to take laptop with you and do work from home on weekends ,you do one mistake all your good work is gone ,no appreciation at all,favourism is there,they increase the salary just to trap you and then they give you tremendous work,company follow different policy and this dept follow some other,minimum notice period is 60 days ,so either you should complete it or abscond,if abscond then they wont give you anything ,there is no option for payment of notice period which is not served and this rule is only for this particular department ,rest company accept the payment ,lack of manpower ,worst dept in the whole company ,if you want to save your mental and physical health ,then dont go here
