They don’t cut anything from your CTC except EPF, also they provide complete work from home.

Dislikes

Work Culture is not good and doesn’t matter what is your core field they can assign you any project at anytime whether you have any experience about this or not and they want you to deliver it in very less time otherwise they can fire you anytime.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
