Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

The company provides innovation in their products and mostly technology based. culture is ok, but not so great. job security is very low and retention of employees is very low specially in south india. over all feeling about it is average.

Good product, but lot of local competitors, tough to drive business/Month targets .Most importantly we are not able to do projects because of price constraints.CEO is good some managers are good.

No fixed salary date . It will come on or before 5th of every month Some people doing commissions based deals ,which affects overall pricing in other cities especially in Vizag. Company management needs to look into this.

No job security..owner is clueless and have given the organization in the hands of a purchase manager who is been promoted as CEO. This only can give you a fair idea about managemend and their style of working. Till you are doing yes sir job..to this person, it works. Or else you will be asked to resign the same day. They have done this in front of me..to married women, staff who have given their life here, sr.management to pantry guys and even with pregnant women. Sharing this after months of my resignation from ENCRAFT as just wanted to share what i have seen there. It makes you depressed of seeing people crying and dying for their jobs..when all this happen to them.

As a fresher this company is good for growth but after 2 years it is neccessary to change for further growth. Staff of company is very good. And as a working environment this company is good. Good company owner and boss is very good in nature.
