Never ever join this company. One of the worst companies in the world. No project, no proper management, no process. The company will do whatever they want even at the last minute without any communication. Too much attitude and a lot of politics. You never get whatever the company promised like salary/bonus/hike/promotion or whatever. Managers think that they are the power of the company and will expose the power through politics. If you are working on the technical side even if you fresher/experienced developer/architect/senior architect (even if you are 25 years of experience and are still on the technical side), they will treat you as a fresher or like a slave. If no projects, they will throw them out of the box. Think twice/thrice or more before joining this company.

This is small and IT services concern. All their policy is not seems to be good comparing with CMM level 5 company. Otherwise it is good one.

Dislikes

Work environment, floor is not good and there is no cafeteria with all the facilities. We have a small pantry with cafeteria to have our lunch and snacks but nothing is there to buy and eat. I feel work environment is having average facilities

One of the best company to work. Very good management and Managers are very good. Company will support at our hard times. Very good work culture, HR are very supportive and good. If we stay late night food will be accompanied by company. Never worked on Saturday in my 2 and half years of experience. Admin and IT and finance support will resolve issues within few days or hours. No words to explain. One of the best company to work.
