It gives you immense opportunities to switch your career to a different field with internal IJPs. However, criteria to apply for an IJP is not so good. It'll take you atleast 2 years of wait to become eligible to apply for an IJP once you take any promotion internally.

...ithout pay and then pressured me to either resign or return to the calling role. This situation left me in a financial predicament, but I refused to compromise my health for a meager salary of 28k bucks. It's disheartening when a company values its employees' well-being so little. My message to my manager is simple: Please stop prioritizing your personal agenda over the well-being of employees. When an employee provides genuine documentation related to their health issues, especially in a captive unit, it should be a clear signal to prioritize their health and well-being by shifting them to a more suitable role, such as the backend team. It's essential to consider the needs of employees and act in their best interests.

...rgets are unrealistic which forces people to leave as they are not able to earn. Company wants to double the profit in just next 2 years which leads to cost cutting like: low incentive, removing Tea cups, removing tissue papers, etc. Also, care for employees is gone and only thing they care is just the number. Action plan is ready for every mistake even if you have just spend a month in the company. Strongly suggesting not to join the Encore Capital Group which is acting like domestic call centre now.
