Politics and communication gap between Team and seniors, Seniors try to impose their own rules outside the company policy. And they continuously spoil the environment in the work place, that many reasons new comers will not want to work here at all. Because there is a lot of monopoly of people who have been working here for a long time..

The Work Environment is relatively stable, allowing life to go on without constant disruptions

This lack of progress is demotivating and does not encourage long term commitment. I would not recommend this company, (specially Hyderabad location) based on my experience.
