If some one is fresher then you may or may not got a good domain to upskill. That's always depends on the business demand, accordingly the management will going to decide. If you got a good opportunity to upskill your knowledge, then no doubt your growth will be unbelievable.

There is no commitment of working technology at this place, salary point of view is good.

...ce in a year that too after clients approval which in most cases doesn't happen. Increment and compensation is a nightmare here Overall it's the worst company ever worked with. Iteration is always high in this company globally.

Politics and communication gap between Team and seniors, Seniors try to impose their own rules outside the company policy. And they continuously spoil the environment in the work place, that many reasons new comers will not want to work here at all. Because there is a lot of monopoly of people who have been working here for a long time..
