If some one is fresher then you may or may not got a good domain to upskill. That's always depends on the business demand, accordingly the management will going to decide. If you got a good opportunity to upskill your knowledge, then no doubt your growth will be unbelievable.

There is no commitment of working technology at this place, salary point of view is good.

Worst management, micromanages. No job security. if you are billable, you are saved, or else your notice period will be starting. Company lost the vision.

...ce in a year that too after clients approval which in most cases doesn't happen. Increment and compensation is a nightmare here Overall it's the worst company ever worked with. Iteration is always high in this company globally.
