Position promotions/hikes are very scarce due to already settled employees working for more than 5 years on an average.

I loved the profile I was in. I think no other company has this kind of dynamic job profile. I learnt a lot being there. It was a roller coaster ride being at Enchanting Travels,one that I really loved. There are a few people who were always ready to support and share their experience and knowledge providing a healthy environment to work in. I loved the fact that they do not have a heirarchical structure and everyone had their own individuality. Each one had to bear the ownership of his/her own work. One can be flexible with the work timings and sometimes you were also allowed to work from home. International training trips were another highlight of the organisation where you learn alot With time, I also saw that the company was now slowly losing its ethics or the values on which it was first established. Now the warmth between the people is disappearing, everyone is in a number game and statistics. They make you feel like that you are easily replaceable and not good enough.Employees are dissatisfied and often find themselves being paid less for the amount of work that is there. The incentive program was once weird but they worked on that and now it makes some sense. Mental health of the employees is something out of the picture. They would discuss but won't execute the healthy ways to work while dealing with the work stress. They won't even think twice before laying off an employee who has given them their 11-12 years of hardwork. That's what they did when this COVID-19 situation came up. They laid off many people in the month of March only when very few companies started laying off their employees, so they are really very proactive too in that way. If you're expecting that your loyalty to the company will be reverted then you're wrong. You will be kicked off the moment they think you aren't following the company's way of doing things. The environment is not democratic anymore. It's not transparent even if they claim it to be so. It's like my way or the Highway

Dislikes

There are times in an organization when there changes in the management,those changes are supposed to be for the good but it doesn't always happen like that and things change for worse. I think that's what happened with them. They can be good in statistics and numbers but one thing is for sure that they won't get loyalty, people with integrity and ethics anymore because they don't value these things anymore.

Management is a little biased towards certain people. Although, they are very flexible and change management is at its best, sometimes processes are too complicated and changes too fast! Gives little to no time to team members to feel confident at something!

Likes

The ability to learn and grow, the best quality at Enchanting Travels. The culture and clean business atmosphere makes it a great place to work. The atmosphere is ever changing and always have fresh challenges. The directors are a pleasure to work with and takes a lot of care about the employees and their career.

Dislikes

At times, things change way too fast and often with little time to settle down.
