They dont provide any job security, only Ahmedabad Team is always on Priority and other branch people dont even in the eyesight. They speak in their gujrati language even in meetings and had a terrible experience with them. Daily they have new rules according to new people.

Salaries are not on time . I have faced 2months salary delayed in this company with forcing us to put papers.

One Good thing Which like here is Good Work Culture in projects and teams. Teams will give good value for Innovative ideas. Nice work-life-balance

No Training Programs. No Job Security. No Career Growth. You will never get the salary On time, Initially HR will say 7th of every month. But date will extend to 10, 15, 20, 25 th and some times till end of the month also. No one can say when you will get the salary in company. Travel charges will provide from the Job location, If you are working from home they wont pay for your travel to other branches, you should reach to Work location then they will provide from there. No Politics founded here. No Proper Insurance. If company send you a the laptop, Even transits charges you have to bear from you pocket. No Family group Insurance.

It is lala company. Owner is not professional. Not have ethics or loyetly. No security of job and never pay last salary of any employee. Never seen such poor and pathetic company.

There is no vision, no ethics of owner and don't have skill to build business don't know with what logic he is running this organization and made poor software and don't want to spend single RS in marketing, And Mad thoughts and mad person

... their policy frequently without informing employee. Lack of management skill . Deduct half day salary when you reach 10 mins late . No vision of them . Fake reviews by management to hide reality in social sites.

No salary paid, as far as I know 5 people have not got their salary. very poor & rude management in simple words dont risk your career
