Good work environment. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good and fair.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

They have supported with Covid insurance for all employees. They also release a death fund to support families in case if worst thing happens with employee.

Low salary level. Salary cut in crucial time. Low increments.

This could be "the variety of tasks I get to work on," "the collaborative environment," "the opportunity to learn new things every day," "helping people achieve their goals," or "feeling like my work makes a difference, Do work with senior officer is great because they tell new things for reaching our goals. I enjoy the collaborative environment in work place and working with tallented and supportive colleagues.

Still there are employees who support honesty. Politics is inherent from British when they left.so u have to be shivaji.

Dislikes

If u hv engg degree and hide things from management and present it as mistakes by HO and keep on putting on others u can cover 30years. Or u hv to be member of wicked groups. So they will protect when you need
