Company wanted to make IPO that's all. Most of the seniors left company, Politics, mishandling people, low salary, Second hand internal dealerships sales, not a straight forward company

Promoted Politics, no importance to seniors, no salary improvement, Self internal promotion of duplicate seconds sales and moonlighting. Not a straight forward technical company.

Good and helpful colleagues, friendly environment, No specific in/out timings, office canteen.

No training facility, they will keep one month's salary in hand, POOR salary scale, no career growth, no innovation, lots of politics at manager level, number of managers are more than office staffs, no salary increment culture is there, poor management system.

There is no value for higher education employees they only value for the labour whom they can treat what they wants to treat

. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
