1) No respect and poor employee management under Geetha Mukesh Team. 2) Her approach often gives the impression of micromanagement, which can be demotivating for employees. 3) There appears to be an inconsistency in the flexibility provided, as she seems to take leaves and work-from-home options when needed but denies the same flexibility to team members. 3) For New Joiners: It is advisable to clarify which team you will be assigned to and understand the work culture thoroughly before joining.

Good to learn how to play office politics under Geetha Mukesh.

Dislikes

Unrealistic deadlines and Micro-management. Work is rushed from development to production by night in MHIL project, while Geetha Mukesh enjoys full flexibility for personal matters. Employees are denied even basic work life balance while favoritism decides who gets work life balance. Absolute hypocrisy at its peak.

Good people and management. Nice and stable teams. Growing group and evolving culture. Freedom to express ourselves. Good CTO.

Dislikes

Emsyne is still evolving. Senior managers of several departments are not much technical and hence not adapting to rapid changes in industry. A bit more Vision and transperency would be great.
