.../ recommendation, which is blocking the employees career of going to next level. Only FMs & SFMs are highly paid and enjoying all benefits and are getting benefits of Promotions and Salary as they like. HR do not do the process based on employees performance or maintaining the site operations efficiently. This system should change.

... to commencement of the work for new joiners and it continue as on job training. Salary wise whether its less or more, the salary should be credited to the bank account at the end of every month. There will be annual appraisal in the end of the year and based on that the Management recommends for promotion/increment. H.R. also very helpful for solving employee issues. Emrill provide a beautiful staff accommodation but they dont allow to cook inside the premises as they are eager for the safety of the employees. Overall Emrill is No.1 FM company in the Middle East and the employee gets high quality job trainings.

Dislikes

The worst thing I noticed in Emrill Services LLC is favourism. The Supervisors and especially Managers do favour to their own nationality people ignoring others whether the other nationality employees are more qualified and experienced. The GM trust the Line Manager without enquiring the reality and sign the promotion/increment paper. Generally speaking, the deserved employees are being ignored.

Because I have worked for 2 years in this copy and but with great difficulty Here girls are subjected to caste and blackmailed, only girls are given every management. Emrill was the first name of the company but now the name is no more, now only business fake
