Promotions and appraisal is based only on Site Managers support / recommendation, which is blocking the employees career of going to next level. Only FMs & SFMs are highly paid and enjoying all benefits and are getting benefits of Promotions and Salary as they like. HR do not do the process based on employees performance or maintaining the site operations efficiently. This system should change.
