1 Fixed work time and weekend offs, which is great for balancing both professional and personal life. Very friendly and jovial people to be around. Management helps you grow and expertise your skills.

Heights of micromanagement can be seen.. CEO of the company stares at CC cameras and observe whether one is working or not.. asks employees to come to office in COVID times just becoz the CEO is bored at home as there is NO Revenue drop or No performance issues. People who work here will fail to crack jobs outside as the culture/technologies used are not upto market standards.. had to upgrade skills separately and move out.. unfortunate to work here. No maternity / paternity leaves, No health insurance.. just a monarchy model work.
