Average management, mostly non-skilled staff hired by management , no promotion , only that person is promoted who does flatter and this done by those who do not have skill.Lots of promoted manager over here like this. Comapny KRA is not clear for employee and this is multitasking job for trainer. Pathetic.

I worked at Ranaghat Lal gopal High(H.S) School as a Retail Trainer for five long years as an Empower Prahari.All the stops of this company are very tolerant and efficient and they help each other a lot and they all work together as a team.

The company is very good but there is no job security here.They do not pay on time in normal time and under Covid-19 situation.

I was only worked for Project manager carring and kindness, Even though our vendor doesn't relase salary to our company but our company put salary to me

This is not dislike it is my suggestion or request please contact Samagra shiksha coordinator from your side every month and ask vc and vts performance to him because he expect VTP's are contact every month. Because this relationship will helpful for more school allocation to our company

Everything is fine at the time of starting but everything is worst n empower after working ,worst employees I am shocked to see that fellows with duplicate educational qualifications are working here and so their is no place in the company for true eligible workers and mainly after covid it has removed many of the employees without any intimation It is so sad and worst I was guilty on myself for working in such company

...y slip. The company is closed our portal from where we download the salary slip. And the most pathetic situation is WE DON'T GET OUR SALARY ON TIME. Many times we getting our salary after 2-3 months and sometimes more than 3 months. And from my joining to still now one time we get our 6 months salary at a time and still now that was the worst situation in my life. But no one can take any step for this worst system.
