I have worked with empower solutions for around 3 years and was given a chance to work on latest and new technologies on very large projects with big clients. I worked on .Net Core, Angular, React, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and I got to work with many international clients. The management and leaders have been very friendly, supportive and motivating for me and inspired me to push beyond my technical limitations. It has been an empowering experience for me. I had learned a lot and grown technically.

I was associated with Empower Solutions for more than 8 years as a Full Stack Lead. I have grown so much in this company professionally and personally. The very fact I sticked with this organization says a lot of good things about the company. * To begin with, this company has cultivated a great culture and the environment is innovative, collaborative and friendly. * They provide you opportunities to work in varied projects, which in turn helps in expanding your growth. * Get to work with clients from different countries & culture. * Most importantly you have the freedom to express your views and ideas, which they always appreciate. * Job security is really paramount here. If you do your job and have strived to become an important part of your work, you need not fear losing job ever. * HR team cares about you and are highly supportive be it a professional matter or a personal crisis. * Employee engagement events are frequently held and festivals are always celebrated.

Probably one of the best IT Company for the start up with super friendly teammates and a very good atmosphere to work in. I am happy that i was a part of this company. I got to learn so many new things while working with this company.
