Poor management and lack of transparency. Not a professional company.

Dislikes

... HR policy, nepotism, Partiality, Autocracy, flat organization, Lala culture. Year after year no salary growth.

Colleagues are good and the salary is reasonable.

Dislikes

The top level Management people are spoiling the division's growth. Sales personnel are not doing their work and just getting their huge salary + incentive. Hence, no business and it is sinking. Management always listen to Branch Head, though he is wrong.
