...e product of the company. They are just looking the company by taking good hike. There is a tech support person whose salary is in raising exponentially. What is the job in tech support he is doing so that he is getting this much hike?? Only because he is a messenger of top level. Here in emoha, people did not got their arrears, because they don't have fund to pay, but for people who only do buttering of top management, they can get hike as much as they want. If some one have a great talent of doing polishing and buttering of Management they can get good appraisals. Those who will show them the truth they will be ask for leave.

Nothing is there to like at emoha If you really want to grow in your life leave this place. If you don't have talent of buttering then this is not the right place for you. If you you are really a hard worker and smart worker this is not a place for you. For showoff they kept all Saturday off. But except for some managers dept. People are working on all Saturdays. This shows their biased behavior.

Company is kind enough but I would say for management, they are bias and differentiate between WFO employee and WFH employee. In regards to work, they expect WFH employees to do much more than WFO employees. Above to that all benefits & rewards are made only for WFO employee. WFH employee never gets any goodies such as company's printed t-shirts, mugs, any team outings or parties etc. These all are made for WFO employees. No motivation, they will only ask you to work and do sales (even it wasn't mentioned in your offer letter or JD of the job) as well.
