I am Incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with EMLinQ. it has been a fantastic learning experience, and I've had a chance to develop both professionally and personally. Lot of opportunities to learn & upgrade ourselves in terms of technical things. Salaries are better. Developing as only 2 years are completed for India office but US Mexico is already settled in proper way. Team is supportive. Owner is very nice person give us lot opportunities to learn.

Dislikes

Developing organization so we understand it will take time to have great culture. That's why no dislike.

The working hours are strict 9pm to 6am. No need of overtime duties Break time 1hr.

Dislikes

No proper response from HR regarding any query raised from employee. Public Holiday List Salary Increment Cycle Leave Policies Attendance Policy Office is ofently opened late by 9.30pm employees need to wait at doorstep. No career growth opportunities for purchaser.
