Very bad work culture, there is no job security. Corrupt management.

Dislikes

Never gives salary on time. Company does not arrange required parts for machine maintenance. Never give payments to the customers on time. Owner do not talk to the workmen in any situation.

no job security,old culture of work a lot of leg pulling excessive work politics no salary increment always fire fight between employees....no job trainings , all time blamings , poor management decisions...

I wish I could write something good. Just to mention here, learnt to hard work and bear.

They themselves are the creator of bad times. Pandemic doesn't bother them. Work environment and infrastructure is more than worse.

The company is renowned for vendoring of the automobile parts like spring, sheet metal etc to big MNC like Showa, Munjal, Gabriel, Tata motor, Maruti suzuki etc. And my colleagues comes from various cultures working happily.

Dislikes

I am working in quality Department of this company as an engineer but this is out of my stream(electrical & Electronics Engineering) which will not better for my growth in future.
