The company is actually a part of Continental Group and has culture to adopt new innovation as per product demand. I learned more about team management and leadership. Even with good management skill we can achieve big targets. I also worked with colleagues who has compassion towards work and senior guiding throw out the process.the company has policy according to trainee program which restrict future growth but with good experience on core mechanical on plus side.

Dislikes

Overall staff management is good but the growth is slow. The trainee program helps for working but in seriousness management won’t handle trainee in good way.

Continue standing work, somewhere standing work also possible but don't apply , there also working in standing , it's very bad for health, not proper ventilation system , so much heating inside shop floor, not proper fans , AC system also dumb, very bad experience of work.

Standing work, Not proper ventilation system, Not proper sefty binstruction , Poor infrastructure, Not good food, So much gap between permanent employee and contractual employees, Too much from city.

Earlier prior to 2015 one of the best organisations to work with best culture with career growth and development opportunities.

Current corporate governance is at its low. No work culture, career growth opportunities are at lowest point, Bureaucracy politics is at high.

Emitec company is a small and germane technology company. Ana all facilities is very excellent. Yearly incriment, canteen,bus facility is very good. And all staff is very cooperative.
