Poor culture in recognizing and rewarding employees. Lack of proper growth, salary benefits and respect for employees. High handed and dictatorial attitude of top management without any understanding of ground realities. Top management lacks vision and direction. Very strict about starting work at 8.30 AM but not strict about when work ends resulting in poor work life balance.

It was a great experience while working with Emitac. I really enjoyed as a part of my team because the teammates are very good and they actually work as a team. They are supportive and always ready to transfer required process knowledge which helped me to improve myself to become successful in my job role. This is 40 year old Group of companies which is running successfully in UAE, there is 100% stability and security of job at Emitac. As I am working here from last 4 years when i joined i was doing 1 specific role, however every year i got the opportunity to learn new role within team due to which now i have complete process knowledge. Work life is very much balanced at Emitac due to its work culture.

I found that there is no more scope of career growth in the company after reaching at a certain level.

No career growth They just deploy and forget there employees on customer location No job security as your jon purely depends on renewal of contract with there clients To satisfy the whims of clients you are forced to work long extended hours, weekends and public holidays, with no overtime or compensation in any form No appraisal or salary increment policy unless the day you resign

Not a good company to work with, was good before, but since 2016 its loosing customer trust becuase of poor management. Also employees are dis satisfied due to poor environment and bad hr pooicy.
