I am basically associated with the agri division of the iffco group. If u have to learn thing nd gain experince IFFCO is a good place for you. Or else if u have to take retirement at your earlier 40 or 50, just come here in management position. You will retire peacefully..

Never think to come here with a long term plan in non management position. The HR policy for non management is horrible. No increment, promotion or reward. The HR literally sucks! They r just ruining the work culture here. Even no policy for old employee retention. I am particularly talking about my BU HR i.e agri unit HR
