The individual growth for expats is very poor. The promotion preference is mostly to citizens. Keeping high the moral of expats is a great challenge. Maintaining The talent pool with high skill set is not easy and no empathy culture exists in the Co.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...re entitled to get 42 days in a year. If they want they can split their leave . Company provide salary on time . Company provides salary earlier on the occasions of festival and Bonus is also provided by the company . Emergency leaves are sanctioned without any delay. Once I used emergency leave due to my younger brother death. .

Discrimination are done in the promotion and yearly appraisal time . It affects employees growth.

The Work Environment is one of the best and is continuously being improved upon. I am happy to be a part of the team who doesn't have a boss per se but a leader to guide us through.

Annual Bonus is solely on the discretion of the management. There is little increment at the end of the year. So if we are planning something assuming a hike, it can only be possible if we get promoted which is rare considering the organizational structure. Sometimes it makes me wonder what's next.!

Cut throat teammates, minimum training, very less job security, few career growths, slight raise in salary, dirty politics, tense work environment, administration by fear/terror etc. Do not pay Ramadan overtime though it is Labour Law, salary starts from 75% of next grade meaning less than 10% real increase. Stupid bosses.
