Company was known for its work culture but new management has destroyed it. Hybrid work, leave & compasation policy are changed. Making them worst for employees

No job security. Salary growth is low. No onsite opportunity. Skill development is negligible. Work life balance has degraded. Office politics has increased with new management.

The work culture at Emerson is excellent. Always you will find challenging work for self development. Company spends lot in learning and development. Work pressure depends on the group you are working NPD, application, sustaining etc. Overall very good place to work

Dislikes

In recession period company could have done better with job security. Pay scale is good but does not match the other equivalent companies. So they are losing lot of talent.

Likes

Good office environment, people are very supportive and kind. Emerson supports their employees in learning and development very much, they assosiate their growth with their employee's growth. Very good work like balance here.

Dislikes

Salary is slightly debatable. They tend to retain their employees and do everything before letting them go, sometimes some incapable ones tend to slow down the team which gets frustrating at times; this is bad in a way and good at the same time. Work timing very much flexible.

Likes

Compensation and benefits if manager is good to saction things. Demotivating culture and partiality.

Dislikes

No appreciation. Lack of process in IT. No work and life balance. Strict working hours. Need to give explanation for each of your minutes spend out of 8hrs. No work freedom.

Just the work life balance, because you have literally no challenging work assigned

Dislikes

The management, petty politics, favouritism, zero work recognition and appreciation, poor compensation and increments as per market standards.
