Too much politics and undefined processes
Not worth the salary they pay..managers will never support you specially if you are working in product marketing team. Even if someone dies in the company your VP will hold you responsible, they can kick you out anytime with the most stupid reasons you will ever hear..dont fall for work from home thats just a trap
The culture is slowly becoming like other Edtech! Their targets are highly u achievable in 8:30 hrs shift. So you ll have to work 12 hours to complete the same. Also, you are overburdened with the responsibilities.
It has a great work culture and good mentoring at every level.
You have freedom to share your ideas

Too much cost cutting right now.
Although company respects individuals, it doesn't have good employee satisfaction policies or to keep overall morale high.
Good enough salary and other benefits like insurance.

The worst management. Emeritus was doing really well before the Indian management took over. The new management only cares about numbers and not the consultancy aspect anymore. The gossip and stab you in the back after taking advantage of your knowledge. Do no join if your intention is to grow. If you are a headless chicken you may consider it.
...e hierarchy is horrible you could be moved into any team at any point of time.
If you manage to survive for over a year there is no raise in the salary.
Ayush Mittal will not hesitate before using bad language on joint calls.
All the credit and monetary appreciation is taken by him since he disallows anyone to interact with senior management
On top of this he is heavily compensated every quarter on the cost of the team
