The team here is very good.wirking with them has positive experience as this the only point that will keep you here .there is no other positive point here

Here the so called "management" had one activity go into their hole and stay dormant and bite ppl if they are disturbed.As if these ppl will do anything for survival and nothing for job.the culture here is if it's going good it's management and if not good let's find an employee to tag them.Absolutely no recognition, learning curve,no increment. This is an hybernating company.and soon to screwed by parent company

worst company to start career, if u join as a senior or mid level management roles then it will a very gud company and work life balance was too good. only pros is work life balance.

No security for job. Once client decided to terminate the resource no question from EMERIO GLOBESOFT PVT LTD. Atleaset EMERIO should ask reason for termination.
