Poor Client in UK healthcare. The Founder of the company is so Abusive, many client has ended their tie up with them and sued them as well. So employees beware and clients stay away rather than wasting your hard earned money.

Pathetic place rats as big as cats roam around the entire office, They ate my leather bag and the lunch box within, dirty place. Abusive managing director or founder of the company stuffed into a very small working place like a small pan shop. Too much pressure instead of hiring new employees as the founder is in debt so think a thousand times before coming.

This company should only have dislikes. Writing this just to save someone landing here. I found that Dharmendra is the Founder at first he appeared to be polite, but as 15 or 20 days passed his true colours came out. He told me to source candidates in healthcare. the target was set so high that even AI could not get it done. The client never set such targets when I personally called the client to know and he said absolutely rubbish I did not. He started to humiliate me for not getting shifts where as he had no good UK clients just with 2 billing seats. Clients have filed and sued the owner as well for abusing them. The Founder is in a bankruptcy mode may be, as the place is stinky and dirty, I saw Mice on floor as I removed my shoes it was comfortably sitting inside after an hour when I checked. Yes One main issue very small dingy space with lots of virus and bacteria spreading due to rats and dogs. Owner will go to any extend to hide his inefficiency and say that you are inefficient don't come from tomorrow. On one occasion he came and told me just to humiliate me, Kabhi ye Gadhi, Gadi, Glasses dekhe hai. Lakho ki glasses hai, Such cheap comments to en employee to humiliate pathetic.

Using the employee and throw them culture works well here. Upper management have No proper communication and skills to talk to their employees abusive language used no matter girls or boys you are they ll Underestimate and judge you with your financial status and pointing towards it. No work culture is followed with the employees.
