1. Its not allowed to talk to coworker. If you go to someone's desk so called manager will give that fake smile and ask you to go back to own desk. 2. They assign used cloths (someone's tshirt, barmuda etc.) To clean own desk. 3. Insurance is only for employee not for family. Very less sum assured. And clause is, you can not avail benifit berore 3 months. When asked HR said, its to avoid missuse of insurance. (Never seen this before, ideally its form day one) 4. Cannot leave company premises more than thrice as if its a prison. 5. No one can present anything well in English language. 6. Also make sure you carefully handle managers ego. 7. Employer has done a Favour by giving you this job.

working days are 5, this only beneficial in EMDEP .

Dislikes

Indian management not good, they do partially while appraisal, they are not supportive. They only passing the ball to one another. No achievement award distribution, no annual function. other programs also not conducted here to encourage the employees for their growth

Not a defined targets for management. Management blindly forcing production team fir urgency irrespective of system and procedure. Not skilled and non educated persons at manager positions. No roles defined for gloabal responsibles.

I will not recommend this company to anyone even if it is MNC. It is a manufacturing company in which they have department of IT. It is like a school or you can say boarding school.

Dislikes

Company management, seniors & TL are toxic. Company has a toxic environment.

Likes

Good projects and work to enhance your technical skills. Co-works and senior developer are guide time to time. Lots for things learning while working on project. A good work-life balance. No work after 5pm. Saturday and Sunday off.

Dislikes

Project are complex to understand. Average developer need more training session.
