Vendors not supportive, engineering person manpower issue, executive engineer have work 12hrs Or more , no job satisfaction, fitters, electrician, water operator not performing their job properly hence deviation issue every month.

Compensation is good but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Mostly i have to work 12 hrs continuously from morning 7 am to 7 pm for continuously in a week. It results there is no balance in professional and personal life.

Manager should ask to employee about his weakness or strength before filling his appraisal.

I am a part of a team that's markets reliable, high quality medicine products and has a global client base in all over country and out of countryside.i am very satisfied there work and team..

...in a day as I have to attend packing and dispatch the material in transporters..I can't satisfied there salary package they are could not pay a reliable salary package what I expect. They could not pay about overtime and extra Sunday duty.
